Starting with a 3D model, we go through an extensive editing process to ensure a beautiful finished product that complements various decor styles.
All shipments are sent with tracked shipping to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status.

We have a 7-day return policy starting from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, along with the original packaging. To initiate a return, please email us at sales@lellume.com.
If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
